www.shopbasil.com: In order to shop inline with us, or participate in our Rewards program, we require registration via shopbasil.com, including the submission of certain personally-identifiable information, such as your name, email, phone number, and address. This information is used solely to contact you regarding your orders, or to provide delivery services, and will never be shared with third parties.


Payment Information: All payment information stored in your online account, or provided during the online checkout process, is replaced with an irreversible token in our system, and is never stored with Basil Bandwagon, or shared with other parties. Contests, and Promotions: Our Sites, from time to time, may contain notices of contests or promotions we are conducting, which you may enter electronically in some cases by providing us with requested personally-identifiable information such as name and e-mail address. We use the information you provide solely to conduct the contest or promotion (for example, to keep track of entries, and to contact you if you’re a winner). We won’t use the information you provide for any other purpose unless at the time of providing such information you agree that we may use such provided information for additional purposes.
