Here’s What You Need to Know About Our Special Order Program:

• If it is a GROCERY ITEM that we DO NOT CARRY, you may need to order a whole case but we will contact you before placing the order.

• If it is a HEALTH or BEAUTY ITEM that we DO NOT CARRY, there may be a minimum order quantity but we will contact you before placing the order.

• If an item is OUT OF STOCK by the MANUFACTURER, we will call you and let you know. We will continue to place an order for that item until it comes in, unless otherwise stated.

• Some special orders take a little more time than others to arrive in our stores, depending on the distributor.

• If you would like to order more than one product, please fill out a separate request for each one.

• If we have any questions regarding your special order, we will call you at the number you provided.

• We will make every attempt to call you with questions or updates on your order (i.e. we cannot leave messages when your voicemail is full!)

• Products must be pre-ordered by the case in order to qualify for our case discount. (They may not be taken directly off our shelves).

• If you order a case of a product that is on sale, you will only receive the sale price (not the case discount as well)

• If a product is on sale, you must pick up and purchase the product before the sale ends.
