Gochujang Chicken Wing Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup gochujang paste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons mild chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
