Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, fresh thyme, rosemary, sage, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a herb rub.
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and rub the herb mixture all over the skin and under the skin where possible.
Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin-side up.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving.
