Healthy Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup fresh diced mango
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup your favorite plain yogurt
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy served in a tall glass with a straw!

Notes

Leftover smoothie makes great popsicles! Just pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
