Ingredients
  

  • 3 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt flakes
  • 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt flakes, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not crowded.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
