Cabbage and Apple Sauté
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds green cabbage 1" chop
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 large Gala apple sliced
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon agave
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage and sauté for 5-8 minutes.
- Add curry powder and salt and continue to cook for another minute.
- Add sliced apple, vinegar, and agave and cook to desired tenderness.
