In a large skillet, sauté onion in olive oil over medium-low heat until transparent, approximately 3 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare gnocchi based on the package instructions.
Add cream to sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved.
Stir in cooked gnocchi and serve with parmesan.
